The DESTATIS Fetcher has been repaired and enhanced to utilize the [new REST API](https://www-genesis.destatis.de/datenbank/online#modal=web-service-api).

Datasets are now sourced dynamically, in contrast to the previous fixed list; as a result, we have access to many more datasets, and the category tree is significantly more comprehensive, and presents a wider array of intermediate categories. The dataset codes remain unaltered.
