The MNA database from the ECB’s statistical data warehouse is not available in DBnomics. Could you please include it ASAP?

MNA is referenced is ECB, but it is an Eurostat dataset (see http://sdw.ecb.europa.eu/browse.do?node=9683074) :
MNA : National accounts, Main aggregates (Eurostat ESA2010 TP, table 1) (13820)
Our convention is to fetch data directly from the primary source.
