The DESTATIS Fetcher has been repaired and enhanced to utilize the new REST API.
Datasets are now sourced dynamically, in contrast to the previous fixed list; as a result, we have access to many more datasets, and the category tree is significantly more comprehensive, and presents a wider array of intermediate categories. The dataset codes remain unaltered.
